Pre-recorded message with Australian accent "Shane... calling to say we have 80% discount on Chardonnay..." -clearly a scam. Hand up immediately or do not call back.

Caller: Claimed to be from power company I am getting regular calls from these people under different telephone number - they are aggressive and one even threatened me with a $5k fine for wasting her time!! They ask me if I understand english when I ask for an explanation of what company they are from and where they got my number.
