Hangup when answered

Called back, hung up so have blocked this number

Lady said she’s offering hot water system rebate.
I said “no thanks, bye”
She hung up. Highly likely it’s a scam. I only answered because I was expecting a call.

Did not answer the call as I did not recognise the number and no message left.

I Answered the call, but had been hung up by this number.
