Will tell you your business or home is going to get the free hot water unit, idiots!!!!! they continue to call a business who sells hw units that wont fail unlike the dodgy pieces of crap they try to push. If you choose to get one, note you will no longer be able to able for the solar vic hot water rebate when these units bite the dust, you'll be up for $$$$ to replace.
