Caller: The Stroke Foundation

I had a series of missed calls from this number and then used a landline not connected to me personally to call back. That's how I learned it was The Stroke Foundation. It was legitimate that they were attempting to call me because I'm a donor. But, in today's climate with scam calls, they ought to leave a voicemail or message to make the caller identity known. This ought to be standard practice.

They accidentally left a voicemail and could hear them breathing with faint sounds in background that sounded like a call centre

They did not bother to leave a message. There is one registered comment that the number relates to The Stroke Foundation however beware of scammers.
