Caller: Scammer Claiming to be from Optus Caller claimed to be from Optus offering a 30% discount for 24 months. The caller could not provide the account number for the service they were wishing to discuss and provided an email address that had not been used in 15 years. When I phoned the number they were supposedly calling from it was out of service. It felt like they were trying to get me to answer questions with a yes/no response which is also suspicious.
