A supposed call centre from someone purporting to be from Telstra indicating my Internet was unsecured, attempted to gain access to my computer remotely. I played along and was transferred (ie. the handset was physically handed over) to the "manager" for next level support. They eventually hung up when they realised that they had been played along for too long and weren't going to get anywhere.
