Phoned to say my membership had expired. I had already notified them that I had moved interstate. Unsure if this is legitimate or not

Legit call about updating my address details (triggered by a AusPost mail redirect). In the voice mail, they mentioned they'd send me an email and shortly later I did get one from membership at ambulance.vic.gov.au with the message that they were notified of an address update. Logged in without clicking email links and updated my details.

Pretty sure this is a Scam - Rang my mobile number then emailed me from an address avmembership @ au.startek.com - asked me to email or call with 3 points of ID. No logos or anything official on email. Very dodgy if you ask me
