Caller: scammer Robocall, in a strong American accent: "Hello, epidemic emergency notice. If you are Australian national, press 1, if you are Chinese student, press 2." Then it repeats...

I don’t answer unknown callers. They left a message that just sounds like someone breathing. It is a scam. I withheld my caller id and called the number. No answer just straight to messsage that said voice mailbox is full
