Then speak Chinese but when checking it’s scam number symbio network

When is telling me about an important document in my head I’m taking what document they asking because it goes in English and Chinese so basically I already know it was a a scam because the voice of this scam

Claims last time I got a message like this it said I have an important document and tell me what it was and press one for English press for Chinese

Different number, same pre-recorded voice saying my mobile phone is about to be disconnected from your service. Tell me what company I’m using for phone. It says within 24 hours, please press one for English press two for Chinese
