Strange singing

Financial scam. Recorded message claiming that an on-line shopping purchase of A$999 has occurred on your bank account. Immediately press 1 to cancel or 2 to approve. The woman's voice has a neutral Australian accent, but it is obviously computer generated by a non-English speaker because the word "shopping" has been mispronounced.

claim to be from nbn and went on to say something about amazon

Rang landline - call not answered as out of area numbers are blocked.
When rung back using a private mobile, the number is engaged or does not answer.

Claims to be from Commonwealth bank fraud team. As soon as i said i wasn't their customer they hung up!
