Answer the number its AGL calling about YOUR account. alot of people are being changed over without authority or consent. AGL is doing its due dilligence!!!!

They ring me a few times a day - I screen all calls through my answering machine anyway so they never get through but it is still pissing me off!

This number calls me up to 3 times per day at all hours! I called back & got a message. They are "CPM Asia Pacific" claiming to call on behalf of AGL in respect to special offer. I'm over this invasiveness!!

I am receiving at least one call a day from this number to my mobile. I haven't answered and they don't leave a message. I'm with Telstra.

I have had 4 calls within 3 days.Same as above call back get the line ios busy.

They have called me at least 2 times a day for 2 weeks. Have never lived in Victoria, Have never had a gas account. Tried to call back but the same message, "all the lines in the area are busy, call back later." Like i'm going to waste my time. I live in far north Queensland

Just started getting calls from this number on my mobile the last couple of days. One time I was driving and this time at home after work and my mobile was in the other room. Call back and get the message all lines are busy so Googled and found here. Have recently switched my gas away from AGL so it doesn't suprise me. If I ever do answer they will get a shock though as I will tell them where to get off with their unsolicited advertising rubbish.

i think they call you so many times so that when you pick up or call back the machine can collate the information and then the company use that information to see what time is best to call you. ie. if you always call back at say 3pm in the afternoon the computer will let a sales person know that that is the best time to get you on the phome.
