Received 4 calls from this number today (Saturday) so far - do they not have a life? I like to spend time with my family on weekends & not be continually harassed by these parasites. How many times do they need to be told "NOT INTERESTED"? People with Indian accents waffle on with their spiel & don't listen to what I've said to them. Exhibited a bit of "phone rage" after the last call today. ENOUGH! They don't give flying fig that our number's on the "do not call" list - I guess they're calling off shore, so manage to get around it that way. Also receiving numerous calls daily from more Indian people about the computer running slow & solar panels. A shame that some naïve folk will unfortunately fall prey to these scams.

I just received a call from this number (03) 9952 3614 no one is there and then I hear a recorded goodbye. I tried to ring back and no surprise this number is not connected. This is a constant thing and also the halogen lights scam and the solar rebate scam. I also am on the do not call register but somehow these people get through. Most times they are private numbers so you can't track them.

Received a call from a female with an Indian accent about a week and a half ago~ something about LED replacement lights? She talked so damn fast it was hard to understand. I told her not to call back for one month and she calls back this evening, less than two weeks later. Only this time, I swear I heard household-kitchen types noises in the background. I snapped that I was eating dinner (it was 6:30) and that I couldn't talk. She hung up right away and I blocked the number from my phone. I almost want to unblock it to give this scam artist an earful if she ever does ring back!

EVERY NIGHT AT 6.30-6.45 PM HELLO MAM, WHAT SORT OF DOWNLIGHTS DO YOU HAVE? I DONT EVEN HAVE THE BLOODY THINGS AND THEY KEEP CALLING, I HAVE REGISTERED AGAIN WITH ACMA DO NOT CALL REGISTER IN HOPE THIS WILL STOP.. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE, IT'S ANNOYING AND DISRUPTING AND BASICALLY ALL TELEMARKETING SHOULD STOP AND NO ONE SHOULD HAVE OUR PHONE NUMBERS TO CALL. ENOUGH! PERHAPS SOMEONE SHOULD INVENT A CALL IDENTIFIER FOR OVERSEAS CALLS TOO! phew .. that feels a little better

Got the same as RB (23 May 2015). Soon said thanks - but no thanks. Just to test I dialled the number only to hear the number is not connected or incorrect. This is a scam from the female caller.

Receive so many annoying calls one after another. Telling me they they going to replace down lights. Talking nonstop and not listen to me at all. I told them 3 times not to waste their time and do not call me. After that received 3 calls and when I answer they disconnect the call. Be careful..

Claims that the Aussie gov't will replace all my halogens with LED's Bloody call centres. What happened to the "DO NOT CALL REGISTER"?

Caller called to mobile and said its govt initiative and will replace downlights to LED free. Scam call from the way he hung up when I said I already have it and so dont need it

He said hello then hung up. Rang back but cut out straight away.

Received a call today, was calling about Government scheme for installation of downlights

Indian sounding man at 8.15 pm, some sort of led light incentive. Just cut him off and abused him for calling at that time of day.

This number has called me several times over the last few weeks but I won't answer numbers I don't know. It got the better of me but at least they shouldn't call back.
