add me to the list. Two calls yesterday, about 5hrs apart. I suggest not giving your landline number to anyone but friends and family. Call centres are more reluctant to call a mobile as it costs them more and is more likely to drop out.

They have called me every day for the past week! But I don't pick up Bec it's from Melbourne! They don't get it, I'm not interested f off! They make us more mad it's not making me wanting to buy what ever their selling!

I just received a call on my mobile (silent number). I answered but of course they didn't, they stayed on the line for almost a minute, then hung up. I dialled the number back and it said it was NRMA life insurance.

1-2 phone calls per day to our company switchboard number; it will keep bounching from person to person if it's not answered, making it even more disruptive. Nobody is there when I or anybody else picks up.
Currently on hold to NIB to ask about it - they're offering a call back service instead of waiting - err, no thanks!! Ironic.

I was getting these calls one or twice a day lst year until i literally told them to f*ck off, it stopped for a while and has started again. I don't understand it, i dont have any insurance and its my work phone, how would they have even found the number?

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for any inconvenience or stress caused by calls to you regarding nib Life Insurance. nib does not wish to put its customers in a position where they feel harassed by any form of contact.

nib Life Insurance contacts its customers in two ways. The first method occurs when a customer agrees to receive a call from one of our Life Insurance consultants while speaking with an nib representative. The second method occurs when a consultant calls to follow up a letter sent to you outlining nib Life Insurance products.

We would like to understand and investigate your situation further so that we can improve our processes. We would sincerely appreciate you taking the time to contact nib on 13 14 63 to discuss your individual experiences.

Definately NIB,I went to a claims office yesterday and she asked if I wanted life insurance,I said no but she said NIB will call to tell me all about it,I guess this is them doing the sell.It is annoying,happy with the health insurance though
