They said for me to call them back when I had the info I needed and press option. 1 to speak with here again. But the number is not connected.

Tried to call back WITHIN same minute said it was disconnected am waiting for Energy Australia call for power reconnect so assume it's them!!

It's now ENERGY AUSTRALIA, VICTORIA.

ENERGY AUSTRALIA & TRUenergy are now the one company. They joined up on 8/10/12 and both websites have changed since then.
