Ive told them a few times to stop contacting me. If they continue after this isn't it harrassment? I'm sure filing complaints with an ombudsman would work.. Only after you ask not to be contacted again though surely..

If you want them to stop calling, pick up the phone and tell them!! Or just do the survey

when we were "chosen" to be in the survey we signed that we would continue to be contacted if you find out how to make them stop let me know

Just missed one then, the don't seem to come at bad times... but I'm happy to do the survey, unlike the ones I keep getting me from my bank trying to sell me health insurance.

I started doing a survey with these guys 4 years ago re child support & the effects of the non-parental contact on the child.  I'm doing the last one today.  I don't mind doing with one as it's info it for a university.  Hopefully they take comments from participants into consideration.  It's been interesting to see how my comments have changed over the last few years.

PS:  I received a letter in the mail 6 weeks ago informing me they were going to do a follow up survey.  I had the chance to either go ahead with it or cancel.

Received a call 24th Nov - no message

i am constantly hounded by them over 30 calls now.. how do i make them stop!?
