Got another call from them again, when I am at work again...GRRRRR!

The lady asked me by my name and pla,pla,pla, found a chance to tell her I specifically asked them not calling again, she hung up on me when I was saying goodbye 'Have a good...day???'

Hat off to NAB for this awful service, if it is really affiliated with NAB. WILL talk to my NAB representative about this issue if another call dare coming in again....

NAB would spend 200K on lawyers to not have to pay you the 100K though.

NAB survey of my recent visit to a NAB branch. Asked questions about general service and whether my enquiry was fulfilled and I was satisfied. Didn't ask me for any personal details, was just regarding the customer service (and a bit of advertising), guy on phone was very polite and professional, I was happy to answer his questions.

Always weary of random numbers calling me, so didn't answer this number and looked here to find this :)

Dont know who it is calling no message left, don't care really at this stage,
if it is a company on behalf of NAB and i get more calls, then i will probably look at further action

Are you sure it's actually NAB or could it be a fraudulent caller calling in their name to try and access you bank details. NAB will never ask for details over the phone or via email.

Yeah got a call from (03) 9927 4000 at 20.01 have had two other calls from this number before

It is definitely National Australia Bank doing a survey of it's customers..

Just had a call from this number. Said it was NAB Research. I refused to continue with the call.

Have phoned eleven times in three days. My bank is nab yes. My details are not to be used willy nilly. My number cannot be even gotten hold of through defence circles. If nab continue then you want to have a voicemail left in case.

I am now happy as hippo no more survey from NAB.

Calling 2 to 3 times a day. When I answered the other day they asked to speak with my husband but not me (even though I am the joint owner of accounts). We are nab customers and I am now lodging a formal complaint with the bank.

This number just called me now. I don't pick up unknown numbers. They didn't leave a msg. If it is nab then I am a customer but this is not right to be calling at 8pm....

Spam/scammer alert... Be sure to block the number but before that make sure you tell anyone you know as there are some people that are very gullible and wouldn't think twice especially if they are a nab customer. Something should be done, this do not call me register is stupid it fails everytime.
