So the number is from a company called vertex company happens to have the largest single level sales floor in the southern hemisphere it's located in Vic Australia. They run many campaigns such as inbound and outbound for Telstra, tru energy and insurance line and Priceline insurance the number for premier is only half correct premier is name of the company who makes the software for the automatic dialler sort of like windows if you know what I mean. So this number is from the campaign for insurance line basically giving people a little bit of information about the company and what they do and seeing if they would like a call back from insurance line so they can give them a quote, yes most of your details are in the dialler the lists are obtained from companies that's you probably bought something off tv or filling out a survey most of the time if you hear them out and say your not interested they will let you go and you won't be contacted again, the reason it hangs up when it goes to an answer phone is because it is illegal for them to leave a message and if you just ignore it it gets tagged as a message bank an goes back into the system until the automatic dialler decides to call it again and again and again it's probably a better option to pick it up say hello and say sorry I'm not interested

If they were going to make things hard I would have told them I was going to the cops with harrasment complaints but they were apologetic about it & advised our numbers would be removed. We'll wait & see if we get another call!

This number has been repeatedly calling me but I was always at work, tried calling back once but no answer. Today, my first day on holidays, I pick up and it is a company called Vertex who is a referral company for people trying to sell things, so today I got roped into getting a callback from InsuranceLine about funeral plans! Basically they are middle men to telemarketers... great... they even had my email, address, number and name, which is scary!!! The reason why when you answer the phone and there is a lag to when they speak is because it would be on a random call line, so the computer calls and then it takes a short time to connect you to the person on the other end!
So just dont answer their calls...
Now I have to look forward to getting a call from Insurance Line... wonderful... not!

I received a call, turned out it was because they fixed my gigabyte motherboard. Not a scam number at all.

My husband complained to me he had been getting calls from a VIC number for a couple of weeks until I got one to - (03) 9923 5400 . I couldnt answer it at the time & rang back using a landline & then again using my mobile. Both times it rang out.

After googling it & seeing this page I took a punt & wrote to helpdesk @ premier.com.au & requested they take mine & my husbands name off their lists. They are a customer call-centre on behalf of other clients, and they are obviously getting paid by the number of calls they make. Somewhere, somehow, I've filled a form in and said "I agree" to the terms and conditions which obviously included giving this company my number to sell me something.

22 August 2011 got a call from this number (03) 9923 5400. When I called back nobody answered.

Got miss call from them 2 time today, called back no body answer

ive gotten multiple calls.
every tuesday they call me. and only on tuesdays.
i usually miss it because im in school (yes im a teenager) and my phones on silent
but i did answer it once, and they just hung up.
really weird and annoying.
i almost got detention! not cool.
