Caller: Unknown

Received a call from this number and they knew my full name, I assumed it was a scam/call centre/telemarketer with all the recent data leaks and abundance of scam calls coming through plus the fact the audio was a bit tinny and the person who called didn't sound like they knew good English. I just pretended I wasn't me and hung up, later attempted to call the number back various times and the line was always busy. Either I had really bad timing and only called back when they decided to use the line or it's a call centre or other telemarketers that are constantly in out bound calls or scammers with a forwarding number.
