Caller: Knowledge Academy This is a training Academy, i was interested in a training course, they sent me details of the course but when i said i was looking at some particular dates i would be interested in they automatically booked me in and now say i have an invoice outstanding. I never attended and never signed anything as an agreement to only be told that somehow i'm liable to pay.

Caller: Knowledge Academy Enquired once about enrolling a staff member into training & now being hounded by phone & email like I owe them money. I'm sure debt collectors go easier than these people.

Caller: Knowledge Academy Received a call from this number and listened to their sales pitch. Told them it was not something our Company was interested in pursuing and left it at that. Have since received multiple follow up calls to see if I had changed my mind. Very relentless.
