Person on other end said calling g I. Behalf of several large charities. I shut him down (politely) before he had a chance to say anymore

I have been getting so many calls starting with the same 4 numbers 9917 and then variations on the last 4. I don't answer as I assume they are nuisance calls and they never leave a message.
