Caller: assume a robocaller

Phone rings, then hangs up. I assume it's one of those scam auto diallers, to see if your line / number is active. Scary thing is, the numbers show up as a normal everyday local number. What is Aust Govt & Telco's doing about these scammers & the technology they have...!!!! Bastards.
