This is a company that will come to your house and install "green" equipment - I've had them do a power saving board to turn off the TV and energy saving lights. They're legit - they really do just come round, give you the stuff, and leave.

I presume they're claiming some sort of bonus/rebate from the government which enables them to be profitable.

Getting the call constantly and having been a telemarketer in a previous life, I can almost guarantee it. If it sounds like they have hung up the phone if you check your messages, it is a telemarketer for sure as it is usually automated. If you pick up and don't say anything, it will hang up after 5 seconds roughly
