I get one call a day. I picked up once, and the caller did not say anything.

Called but nothing when I picked it up. I don't deal with this company so it's a nuisance call for me, especially mid-morning Monday

I have been receiving calls from this number for weeks, and today I had time to answer it. An Indian woman, bad connection, she told me she was "from HSBC, calling about my credit card security". I just happened to call HSBC this morning and thought it odd they would call me for something security related as they surely would have told me about it this morning. As she went on she slipped up and said "that if you lost your wallet you could call us and we would cancel everything like your HSBC card and passport" this is when I realized she was NOT from HSBC.I thanked her for her call, said I was not interested and hung up on her.

its a service called secure sentinel run by veda advantage. the financial bureau who store 16 million australian credit files. so its in no way a fraudulent service.i have the service and find it worthwile both for travelling and for peace of mind at home.the service is endorsed by ALL the major australian and new zealand banks. and are authorised by the government to cancel aussie and NZ passports on your behalf. The branch of Veda advantage who run the service are called Secure Sentinel, but the service offered is called Secure Plus. so it is indeed the same product. Its actually been around since 1983 and theres currently 400,000 customers, and this is just a new marketing campaign in partnership with ANZ to raise awareness and aquire new customers, as theres been limited marketing and advertisng from them in recent years.Hope this helps you all! :D

I just received a call from them today. It was a woman with an Indian accent, saying she was calling from ANZ, and wishing to 'inform' me about the new security features. She went on to talk about Secureplus, and then said information about it is on the ANZ website, and the option is called Secure Sentinel.
On one hand, it does look like a worthwhile option, especially if you travel or otherwise would have to cancel a whole bunch of credit cards, passport etc. On the other, it's a third party service, albeit one that ANZ endorses. And I do have principles against getting anything from telemarketers. Number has been added to my idiot list.
