I'd changed from energy australia and it was them I'm assuming to try and get me back and the same deal, was very pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer! Very rude.

Same as person above. Very rude person trying to force me to change energy providers after I changed after getting a better deal

Guy called and asked how I was then continued in the same breath to ask "why did you change companies to AGL?" in a very rude and condescending tone. I asked who he was and his name, which he gave me, then he asked me the same question and even said that he woud call AGL for me and cancel my account with them, to which I replied that I was NOT giving him my authorisation to do this on my behalf. Then he continued to order me to "tell your real estate agent and tenants that they need to stay with us!" HOW RUDE! I since called Energy Australia and spoke to a lovely lady who told me they have third party companies and she was shocked at the way he spoke to their customer. She was very helpful and sorted it all out for me.
