Sounds like the same person that rang here. But this is a private and unlisted residential number *shrugs*

I did buy cartridges and was not impressed and told them I would contact them if i needed anymore.
They are ringing everyday now. I just dont pick up but am getting fed up

they called, and didn't say anything when I picked up (nor did I), had call centre noise in the background, which is when I normally switch my phone to mute to see if they will say anything or hang up

Called our lawfirm trying to sell printing supplies of some sort. Said they were from "TBI". Had American accent.

What is the cmpany name

They often change their name, sometimes micom, tpi, inform, the list goes on.

Bought toner off them a few times. Found it was not the best quality. They keep offering me bonus points towards prizes. Have told them I will ring them if I need anything. Phoning everyday. I ignore it now.

This place is 'Better Image' a call centre that peddles Toner Cartridges.

My company has been getting 2 calls a day.  I just called them on (03) 9910 5333 and they have added my company's number to their black list to stop calling.  Let's see if that works......

Never stop calling even after being demanded to stop. Real nuiance indeed!

eesteves @ thebetterimage.com.au  (Emily)  with a complaint over their refusing to stop calling me..  

my next step is to write to the Code Compliance Officer at The Australian Direct Marketing Association.  Unless we all band together and flood ADMA with complaints then this company will continue to harrass us all... they are already on the hit list....
