Capital Print Solutions would send me cartridges without me ordering them and then send an invoice. I had over a years supply of cartridges before I cracked it with them!

My wife was scammed by these guys, so i took them to VCAT and recovered 100% of everything i paid them over a 13 month period. Have a read of the court order. You will not see a more damming review of any business from a conservative judge.
If i was a morally challenged employee of theirs i would be jumping ship as they will not be in business for much longer. I am sure this precedent will create a tidal wave of disgruntled customers taking the same action.
Good luck, don't tolerate being ripped off by these con artists.

ahhh... The dreaded Better Image. Run by Melbourne's shadiest family, aka The "Pegoli's". Just threaten legal action next time they call, they've already been investigated by Victorian police back in 2011. Check it out... its online! If they claim that you still have product vouchers or any orders placed on hold for what ever stupid reason they come up with, when you know that in fact you DO NOT? Just tell the person on the phone to put Leo Pegoli on the phone to speak with you as you have a representative from the Corruption and Crime Comission (from whatever state you live in)on hold waiting to have a chat with him. Trust me... they'll never harass you ever again!!

This company borders on harrassment - they constantly call even after being asked no to - I just ignore the number when they ring now - I got 3 calls today and would say they call ever other day.

These were the most rude and arrogant people I have ever had the displeasure to answer my telephone to. Firstly, I am a PRIVATELY LISTED RESIDENTIAL number who is registered on the "DO NOT CALL REGISTER". Secondly, they do not identify themselves or their company and thirdly from everything that I am reading are the biggest con artists currently going!

Well it is a forum and there are many people on here who have asked for information on him and the Pegoli family.
If you dont like what you hear piss off.
Lou
Company called Betta Image (used to be CMG) selling toners etc. VERY pushy and persistant, plus expensive. I stopped answering their phone calls after I had said a number of times that we didnt require their products anymore. They still continue to call
Alison
They called where I work, the guy was very rude, and persistent, and would not tell me what it was in regards to despite me asking very directly what the call was in regards to - when I called the number back, it was a telemarketing company.. I had to google them to find out what they did.
I rang back to politely inform them we were not interested, to which they replied that I am not in charge of those decision and despite my advising them to not call back, they would in fact call back anyway.
Here is an idea.. if you want to sell me something, maybe you should be polite and show some respect, there will be a note to NOT deal with people from your company.
Side note - I understand sales folk encounter receptionists as gate-keepers, but I am not a receptionist.. Just a really bad sales job overall.

Called me Today. I Let it Go to Voicemail.as didnt know the number. Just someone trying to cold Canvas Sell Printer Consumables.. Toner Ink etc
Daniel
same company just changed name because the trouble in WA and QLD with CCCs.
ME TOO!
I've had these w*nkers ringing me and the business I work at all day today. Once you tell them "no" you're not interested in anything they are flogging off they get annoyed and then keep ringing until you just hang up on them. Honestly....what a pack of tools. How sad would you're life be if you worked there and had to do that for a job???
