They don't leave voicemail as that breaches the privacy regulations, i.e. they don't know it's you. If you buy from our deals there is implied consent they can market to you

3 calls in the last 2 weeks.
First time I said not interested.
Last 2 calls they hang up.
I have now reported them to ACMA - Do Not Call Register. I suggest all other recipients of calls from this company do the same.

If you keep calling my mobile phone number - 0413 955 711 - I will take legal action against your organisation for harassment and invasion of privacy - STOP CALLING MY NUMBER VERY 2-3 DAYS!!! I have kept a log of every time you have called me and just hung up and I am sick and tired of the harassment - either stop - or I will take further action.

Just called me.......no one on the line & hung up?? I will not do business with them again.

They also called me and when you go to return the call it takes you to hold music and dosnt inform you who you have called back!

You can call them on 1300 836 340 and speak to the sales team. Ask them to put you on a "Do not call" list. They were friendly and happy to do it.

Regular calls from them despite me telling them to take me off their list!!
Thankfully the new iPhone can block callers!

They call me all the time and just hang up as well. This is disgraceful. I'm looking to block the number directly on the mobile as nothing else seems to work.

Wine grows direct have called me a number of times in the past six months and I've had quite enough! Today I picked up the phone in time and could not understand the man speaking! It is enought to make me give up drinking!

I keep getting calls every few days. They hang up on me after I answer and hear me say hello a couple of times at least. I have refused to deal with winegrowers direct due to some very poor service where they delivered something I didn't order and refused to take it back without me threatening legal action! Why do they keep calling and hanging up? This is actually harassment. Who can I officially complain to? Enough is enough!!

I have told them twice now to take me off the list. I have been receiving calls from them also, about 1 per week, and they just hangup. Very frustrating. They are obviously paid per call in that office. VERY bad for the business's reputation.

They can get around the DNC thing. We went online 2 years ago and bought wine, online, from them. (quite a good deal) but......they also take your phone number. I have told them many times that we don't take cold calls and if we want wine from them we will do that online. But because we gave then our number in the 1st place, they can get around the ACMA/DNC register. I have them blocked on mobile number but annoyingly, I gave them our landline as well. If I answer them, I just tell them to feck off!

constant calling - no voice mail, when ringing back engaged signal all the time. I am with emergency services and this number requires to be banned from all telecommunication data bases as it not an emergency

I have asked to be taken off their database a number of times, to no avail. I've added myself to the Do Not Call register, and they still call. They are the Terminator of telemarketers.

They keep calling my mobile during the day whilst I am at work.... but either don't leave a message or they hang up when I answer. Frustrating to say the least.
