Looks like this number may have been taken over by spammers. On pickup, there's a few second pause before a recorded message starts up stating "This is a call from the National Broadband Network......." I've heard this many times before (sick of it!!!) and to me sounds like a "standard" scam intro attempting to scare people into going further.
I just hung up.
