Probable scam or someone selling something ... has called several times, no message and unable to call the number back

Missed call and when I tried to call back there was an automated msg saying something along the lines that their messages were full or something. Weird. Prob scam.

It seems they have moved onto (03) 9871 7496 to annoy people.

Phishing, Claimed to be from PayPal calling about a large purchase. I don’t have a PayPal account.
