Took a while to connect which is always a suspicion! When it clicked through to a person, they claimed to be from Comm Bank security and I told them it was rubbish and hung up.

They told me someone took money from my account about $1000 at 4am , wanted me to confirm all my information. Scam...scam...scam...

Caller: Recording deceptors They left a message asking me to press 1 as E-bay and overseas deduction had been deducted. Very resourceful and creative. No human voice but computer generated message.

Starts the call by asking if you authorised 900 bitcoin payment half an hour ago on your credit card. Doesn’t even ask to speak to a particular person. Then when I ask who they are actually after ? They hang up. SCAM

Carriers should stop the scammers from using their phones (carrier service) to hassle people. Should be easy enough to do - but guess that is less business for the carrier???
