Spam call in speaking in Chinese

Automated message to begin stating I had two transactions from
EBay and something else for a large sum of money and to push 1 to talk to representatives. Pushed 1 and gave them an earful and to get a life. Disgusting human beings that do this sh*t

Don't leave message, either they're not legit or It's not that important.

Said he was from "telstra Technical department...about your internet..." Hung up abruptly

Said he were calling from Telstra as there was an unusually high amount of traffic on my IP address which suggested it had been hacked. When I asked which part of in India he was in he hung up.
