Caller: Possbily Medibank It was possibly genuine. However, fake callers can change their caller IDs to any number. I ever called back to one and end with it was an number not exist. I think there is backdoor in telecommunication system. Some can change the caller ID. The Telecom companies most likely haven't done their due diligence to stop fake calls.
