YEP! Would not help us out after being members for 15 years, robbed us on our policy for 8 years with no customer service or refund. Switched and saved $300 a MONTH!!!

I recently changed to NIB due to a deal as a corporate customer, approx $100 per month cheaper with the same benefits. Answered the call but they hung up.

Medibank called on the same day that I quit, strange thing is no one answered when I said hello. I don't regret leaving medibank, terrible service.

explained to them that we are in our late 60's and don't need coverage for IVF and having children. still kept charging top health cover. we have moved on.

As soon as I said my name (first name only), they hung up. Have now blocked them.

I called back number (03) 9862 1412 spoke to a woman but did not say for what company.

Ok..it was Medibank then...same issue. very lacklustre and thinks customers are slaves and wont go anywhere. Slow and lazy! I have moved on from them.

I answered the number and it hung up as soon as I spoke. Possible scam or telemarketer...
