Scammer from (so they said) "Telstra Technical Department" who showed me output from netstat in the CLI and tried to tell me 25 "foreign" connections were being made to my router. Absolute rubbish. Then they wanted me to log in to teamviewer which would have given them remote access to my PC. I called the number back and got "The number you have called is not connected, please check the number before calling again". So they're even faking their Caller ID. Absolute scam. Called me at about 3pm AEDST on 21 Feb 2018

I called the number back and got "The number you have called is not connected, please check the number before calling again". So they're even faking their Caller ID. Absolute scam.
