Claimed that I’d subscribed to Amazon Prime and wanted to know if I wanted to continue the service at $39 per month or cancel. When I said I hadn’t subscribed to anything and if there was something set up in my name that I wanted to cancel it, she tried to get me to download an app called Anydesk which would have given remote access to my phone! When I said I wasn’t comfortable doing that she hung up without another word.
