Strange number. Tried to call back and doesn’t go through

Caller: this is the verification call phone number from the call center employee software "Genesys"

if you got a call from this number, that means your number is connected to an employee profile. That profile is using your phone number. If you are an employee of a call center or any company that has an advanced phone line, this is the phone number to verify you so you can get into your Genesys account. If you try to call it back, nothing will happen.

Call failed, I tried to ring back but then an engaged tone. Shortly got a text from an overseas number to call this number about a job I had applied for
