I have had similar calls and this particular scam is mentioned on the Telecommunication Industry Ombudsman website tio.com.au.

Caller: Scam - NBN Keeps saying a recording - your NBN is going to be switched off, press 1 to get put through to a technician that can help you....keeps calling over and over and over and over. It's getting ridiculous! SCAM!
