I think this number was spoofed for some kind of Chinese scam. When I answered the call all I could hear was this loud (slightly robotic) voice speaking in chinese... the messaged seemed pre-recorded so I just hung up. I'm on the do not call register so that's why I think the phone number has been spoofed.
