I am an injured San Diego Fireman and I recently stumbled upon Mr. Lock's article about recovery without surgery. I have a 10mm herniation at L5/S1 with extreme pain down my right leg for 6 weeks now. My progress is very slow, if at all. I really want to avoid surgery but am starting to lose faith and hope. I can't sleep, can't work, and can hardly be the dad I need to be to my little girls. I would kill to talk to this guy! This is probably futile but what the hell. Help me out big guy!!!!
