On the 21st January I called Dandenong Taxi from 10.40a.m. until 11.40a.m. and no one answered the phone. I needed to be in the city by 12.15p.m. I eventually called Silvertop who had a taxi in the area which took me to the city.

Hi, This number use to be Dandenong Taxis number. They were brought out by 13CABS, so each time you call this number it diverts to the 13CABS call centre. Such a shame that a local company had no option but to sell up because of stupid government regulations. Shame on you, YOU STUPID POLITICIANS

On Friday 4/3/16 I booked two taxis, one to go to Balla Balla at 12.30pm and one to return at 3.10pm. I had a phone call from BB at 3.45 to say Jen had not been picked up and it was very hot to be waiting outside. I phoned Dand. Taxis and was told that she had been picked up and taken home, well she was still at BB so the taxi driver did not ask if he was picking up the right person. My sister is slightly intellectually disabled and I book the taxis in the morning so she does not have to worry. But the drivers should be more dilligent as we do this ride to and from 3 times a week, and as I can not get to her all the time I need to know she will be picked up and not left behind.
