Even Google Telstra and Optus have no record of this number. It LOOKS like a landline number but its most likely (imho) to be a V.O.I.P. generated number from a scammer. Dont answer it or if they do leave a message DO NOT OPEN THAT MESSAGE. DELETE IT.
Report the number to Scamwatch Australia block it & delete it from your phone.
