There was no hello out greeting at all, just a straight up message saying "We are closing your bank account, there has been suspicious transactions, please call". I didn't listen to any more, I just hung up and came to this site to research the number that displayed with the call. The number is a Werribee, Vic number. I don't live in Werribee, but do live not far from there.
