Caller: Claimed to be "Visa and Mastercard technical department"

Tried to query an "overseas transaction" on CBA but when I said I didn't have one of their cards they suggested it was on NAB. I told them I didn't bank with NAB and they hung up in my ear. I doubt this was a genuine call for some reason!
