Unsolicited call from this number, person at other end does not speak and hangs up within first few seconds. Believe it's a scam where they try to get an answer or voicemail so they can identify the gender of the person or, if it goes to voicemail, get their name. This is information gathering, possibly by the CCP, either way I recommend never speaking to an unknown phone call. If it's a legitimate call, the caller will query if you are there instead of just hanging up.
