keeps on calling

They continuously have been calling and redialing me, going through to voice mail to just leave noise. Very disappointing since I tried to book an appointment with Red Cross to donate blood and their call center is now doing this.Very sad.

I think the call center representing Red Cross gets $$$ per call logged in so they just dial & after few ring, hang up. This way they can show they made lots of call... Just my opinion

Red Cross - They are becoming a real nuisance now. They keep calling every 2-3 weeks - I keep telling them I'll come in when I can and then they call back and start over again... I'm going to have to start getting nasty with them now.

good to know it's red cross - would be better if they allowed time to answer. however, i don't see the point of the call as i've already received the email...

I gave blood ages ago... I wish they would leave a message on my answering service. I would probably call them back knowing they left me a message.

I totally agree with it. I am happy for blood donation but I dont them to keep reminding us. Feel like they got commission for each donation.

It's a confirmation about a blood donation appointment I made yesterday. Not a prank/spam call.

Hung up when I answered. Had rushed in from outside. Idiots.

Red Cross Blood Service. They usually leave a message and are calling to try to schedule appointments. Not c*nty, not a prank call.

Red Cross. Did leave a message. Follow up call after recent plasma donation.

They're relentless. They call me constantly, very annoying
