Received an unsolicited call from this number, Samsung's caller ID identified it as from "SV Group Australia" (allegedly a landscaping company in Victoria, deregistered in April 2021) and a potential scam call. Upon picking up, one beep occurs, and a woman speaks in Mandarin Chinese, saying "Hello, wo zai zhao (my fake Chinese name)" (TL: "Hello, I am looking for..."). I don't have a legal Chinese name, this was the pseudonym I used with Chinese university students over 10 years ago since they struggle with Anglo names, so I suspect there was a data leak from someone's address book.

Caller: Someone says from ANZ head office Melbourne

They rang three times claiming me overdrawn large amount and would report to the govt in 2 hours. Told them to do so in the first two calls, in the third phone call told them do not call again, the person got angry and questioned why I still picked up their call if they’ve rang before, then hung up on me. So unprofessional scammers.

A man spoke Mandarin with overseas born Chinese accent said that I applied a credit card online in ANZ China and spent 2074 dollars on taobao. I have never done so. Also said Australian government body will deduct money from my bank. I hung up and he rang ten times after. I black listed this number.

Speaking in Mandarin, saying is calling from ANZ bank, the guy can pronounce my name in Chinese quiet well. I asked him where you get me personal information from? He said is from Australian fair work I thought he is doing marketing so I said I’m not interested in please remove my name from your list. And he swears that it is not whether you interested in or not. It is about you may engage in crime Bala Bala and start his scam story things.
