The call was from spotlight. Follow up on my complaint.

Creepers stop ringing people to annoy them

Caller: Mountain Designs (if you call back it’s spotlight)

Very confusing as it’s a merge of brands and companies.
I have no purchase history with spotlight so was confused. After multiple transfers and being hung up on and bad lines I was eventually with mountain designs re a transaction.
Definitely a remote call centre. I’d guess India based upon accents.

Repeated calls, I message left

Caller: Anaconda

I had left a message for Anaconda 3 days ago and they left a msg when calling back from this number, but when I called it back it was from Spotlight (& no one answered, they wanted me to leave a msg too!!!!!)

Called 3 times within a few hours, answered the 3rd time and they hung up

I called back number 0447 782 032 reached IVR for Spotlight .
