Have received calls from this number all week. I answered it today, they put me on hold. I hung up, tried to use phone again and they had me on hold for 10 minutes. Not happy at all. I feel sorry for the telemarketer who gets me next as I wont be very pleasant.As I was typing this I got another private call, but they hung up again.I hope its not Telstra....

This number just called at 6:10pm, Melbourne time.Busy background noise, caller identified himself as Shaun from Telstra. I noted an accent.He asked for my husband by first name (correctly, I guess, as that phone line is in his name).When he passed the phone over he asked my husband for a confirming date of birth.Hubbie, of course, refused to give this as they called us.(The possibilities for identity theft are great, in case you didn't know).Shaun said he would be unable to proceed without that confirmation and got off the line.Well, good - we didn't ask them to call us!

This number has called me 3 times today and hung up each time that i answer.|
They keep waking up my kids everytime they call so im getting really annoyed with it!

getting 4 calls a day sick of it hangs up on me waist of my time a business line i have registered with the do not call register alot of good that does !!!

so glad its not just me, i just got a call at 2.30 adelaide time.....of course i always screen my calls, i hate pranks and ppl calling to sell me a  'mobile phone' when obviously already have one. i too have a private number so if telstra is passing off my details....thats not on!! i once had 'telstra' call me at 8 am and con me into keeping my already out of contract handset for another 12 months. i asked someone at the telstra shop and she said it was not part of them...so whats going on??

I just had this number call me claiming to be Telstra which surprised me since I'd only spoken to Telstra a few days ago so it seemed strange that they now want "to do an analysis to save me money" but I cautiously said OK. Then came the "can you give me your date of birth sir" to which I replied I would not. No way am I going to give ID details to any random from a call centre who rings trying to sell me something.

I can't believe that a company like Telstra could allow such an unprofessional outfit using their name.
