I got a call from this number at 6:14pm (who in the world works past 5:30pm these days?!), but they didn't leave a message. I called back for it only to ring out. Afterwards, the call didn't even go through, as if someone on the line was blocking the call. Hm! I think this is a scam and they just went onto the next number on their list. Couldn't even be bothered leaving a message! I'm going to put this down to a nuisance call.
