Caller: AGL?

Might be legitimate, might be a scam. We are an AGL customer, but the lady sounded just like every other scam artist pretending to be from an electricity or gas company. I didn't engage.

I answered the call. I heard a message "our agents are busy and will be with you soon"
They called me. I should not be on hold. I hung ip

It’s not scam. The lady initially said she will see if she can help to reduce power bill with the cheaper plan within AGL and after checking, honestly told me that I am on the cheapest possible plan and did not suggest any chnbes

We recently changed from AGL to another provider, I didn't answer but they also didn't leave a message. I am presuming they want to know why we swapped.
